Unlimited CE Allowance: To support our teams’ skills and knowledge in critical care, the CE allowance per year will be unlimited for full-time positions or doubled for part-time positions (applicable to standard CE policies).

Energizing Staff Break Room: Each hospital team has decided on and either has or will make improvements to their current staff room with renovations, new furniture or appliances, or any other necessary changes.
